Fantastic little bar. It is run entirely by one (superhuman) guy so be patient ;) We loved ordering ‘soup of the day’ which was a surprise gin and tonic based on a few questions he asks you. We would definitely go back

We had a fantastic couple of nights with EdwardZ and the guys in the Gin Club. There are more than 370 gins available and Edward knows every one of them by heart... What to pair it with, how to serve it best and it's history. Set in a beautifully designed open kitchen, you can also snack on his home made tapenades, fresh baked bruschetta and cured meats. You'll want to stay all night, we did.

Fantastic find. We were going to the Park Restaurant and needed somewhere for a drink beforehand. Couldn't have been happier to find this quirky bar specialising in gin (obviously!). Highly recommend it if you're visiting Bruges.

Amazing experience. I would recommend you to take the soup of the day. The bartender will make a cocktail especially for you based on your appearance, your taste of the moment, the atmosphere and their feeling of the moment.
Seriously try this club if you like gin or if you don't you'll juste spend a really good evening in either case !

Such a beautiful place. Small bar with maybe 5 or 6 tables but so many gins. The main man knows his stuff, he is so knowledgable and clearly very passionate. A double gin is €12.50 and that is for almost every gin (some gins are more expensive). But that is cheaper than the standard Beefeater you get in the square! Highly recommend!!!
