Ordered a mint tea for two, cost me 8 Euros for a tiny kettle and it was undrinkable (too bitter). I brought it back and ask to change it, they just added sugar in it instead of making a new one. No customer service here...

Great place, they open the big room on thursday, friday and saturday evenings. The gin drinks are great. Best bar in waterloo
