I waited one week to release my rental guarantee, i called 3 time to BNP Customer Service and they emailed them 3 times to call me to finish the procedure.
Still no one called and i had to go personally there so they made me a rdv in 4 days. It takes 5 minutes to deposit and 1 week to release it although both parties signed.
Awful agency, to avoid!
