We booked a room via Internet but the hotel claimed they didn't get a reservation from us. They also said we would be the only ones with this problem - a great lie since during the weekend about 10 more people arrived with reservations but no free room was left. Additionally, the guys at the reception didn't offer any help. Luckily the agency we booked at organized us a room in a hotel nearby after about 5 telephone calls.
Worth to mention is also the breakfast: bread and butter :(

I stayed there in the summer of 2015 and it was a very sad experience. Unless things have changed radically, this is a place to stay away from at all cost. Do not go here.
