I don't understand why police allows cars to park on the walking side, there are so many officers in Minsk but nobody notice it?

Great place with nice interior. Kristall shop, where the best of Belarus organic apple, black currant and cheery wine(and not only that) can be bought is just round the corner plus there are many other nice traditionally great places around!
