What a great friendly place. Cinch fritters and conch salad at to die for. The turtle swimming tight along the patio didn't hurt the ambience at all.

Because there's no other place like it on fish fry the food is delicious the fritters amazing oh and favorite conch salad with plenty pepper so to all out there come on down to the number one spot at fish fry Goldie's thirty years and still the number one

Good service and good food. We sat outside overlooking the small mountain of conch shells that they have gone though over the years. Apparently part of the restaurant is built on conch shells from years gone by. We sat outside, and the wind was just right... but occasionally the smell of the dead conchs would waft up. I'd eat inside next time. Cracked Conch all around, and we loved it.

The view is simply beautiful. The water was crystal blue and the fish in full effect. This place is literally built on conch shells. The Conch Burger was okay... being a Bahamian native I prefer my conch without the bread

Great food, memorable experience, real laid back. We weren't sure what we wanted and where we were going when this guy gets us off the street to come see how a conch is taken out of its shell. Through the dark and mysterious bar area he leads us to the shaded deck bar where he then proceeds to smack a conch to bits, show us it's penis and tell us all about its aphrodisiac qualities. Brilliant! Just what I wanted? The restaurant is built on this weird sentient foundation of shells and magic and it makes for a pretty cool story and a restaurant unlike any other I've been to. Excellent grouper and mighty healthy portions. If you're hungry, you'll have plenty to stuff yourself with here
