Since at least 30 years my house is insured at this company.
Year by year they book automatically the annual amount.
I often asked to receive a warning or better a receipt.
No way, the regular ignore my wish.
Background: I just want to make sure that necessary founds are on my bank account. And my account does not went down to debit by their surprise booking methods...
