I am loyal customer of Nespresso brand, based on my orders, I also achieved their highest customer level. However, the problem starts if you want to applly for a guarantee of a flawed machine. I have returned the machine twice, and twice they returned it and it broke down again after few days. When I approached them that there must be something fundamentally wrong with that particular machine, I got a reply that I should read a manual. What a "treatment" of a customer after buying 10+ machines and thounsands of capsules over the years.

Buy Nespresso coffee, and coffee accessoires, dispose of empty capsules, have a free coffee. Fast service, pleasant people.

Nice service and so easy to shop in less than four minutes you find yourself with your capsules and having a coffee for free (if you have time, of course)

Extremely friendly Staff (almost American Level) take their time with customers. They have the full selection of coffee, machines and accessories. In addition there is a coffee bar where you can taste. Most surprising is a 24/7 automated coffe tab machine where you can order your selection of tabs even when the shop is closed. Looks impressive.
