We booked a 14-pax bus transfer from Salzburg - Airport to Saalbach (return). Mr. Yarat did not came with a 14 pax bus. On the first transfer he came with two vans, but on the second (return) transfer he came with a van and a very old and small car. The car was not an official taxi (windshield cracked, driving-school sign). Mr. Yarat never informed us about the fact that he was not able to execute the transfer with a 14-pax bus. He is not responding to complaints and is not willing to offer any compensation. Please be aware of this dishonest taxi-company. The booking was made through personal-transport.com and executed by salzburg-taxi-transfer.com (Mr. Sinan Yarat).
