I visited the Silent Spa for a day, for the second time this year. It is not cheap, but the atmosphere is great. I managed to still take advantage of the Summer offer, which includes a breakfast and lunch buffet. That is actually very neat, since the food in the onsite restaurant is pricey too. I would say in winter it definitely pays to bring a sandwich. If there was a way to rate 4.5 stars I'd do that for the pricetag, but everything else is just too good not to indulge, once in a while.
The Silent Spa really is quiet inside, with people only whispering. Exceptions are mostly the restaurant and the outdoor saltwater pool.
Tips to make the stay even more enjoyable: A) It works like a hotel. Don't bother carrying cash around. Everything will be charged to your "bed" number, and you will only pay when you check out. (Store your valuables in the safe next to your bed.)
B) Bring a beach towel or blanket to snuggle under. The resting area is cooler than the thermal water areas, especially when your bathing suit is still damp, and I prefer to lie on the provided towel instead of directly on the faux leather of the bed. (Smaller towels for drying off are available at literally every corner throughout the pool areas.)
C) To save some money, you can bring snacks or hop over to the "public" thermal pool's restaurant.
D) It might not be immediately obvious on the website: reserve your bed(s) in the spot you like, without advance payment. Just be there before 11am, that's how long they keep the reservations.
E) Couples might enjoy more privacy in section II, where the beds have canopies and drapes. BTW these beds are comfortably wide, roughly king size.

This place really sucks. If you enjoy presence of retired people mixed with yelling kids this is place for you. Otherwise go buy kebab or something. You will be relaxed more...

Expected bit more. Quality of food was not as good, asia wok did not taste so fresh. One big disadvantage, if you want to relax with your child in the relax space on the 2nd floor, you won´t get silence. There was really loud announcement made from the service loud speakers, and my little boy almost woke up. Second time it happened after next 10 minutes, he woke up and could not sleep. I don´t get why you have loud speakers over the top floor and so loud, if you are trying to get the message to people in the pools. Just reposition it and don´t disturb people who want to relax on the 2nd floor.

Very good hotel with polite and helpful personnel. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Excellent food quality, good Austrian wines. They even have degustation room there. Personnel could speak German, Czech, English and Russian. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Silent SPA is an amazing place! For the money you pay you get wonderful service, tasty breakfast and lunch, wonderful and pleasant time in SPA! It worth to go there! I just came back but I already have plans to spend there my birthday! I've spent a very relaxed day. It was really quite there - silence and water flowing.
Minuses: there were only 1 body lotion small bottle and shower cap in the room, but there were 2 of us. In description of Silent SPA you can see they will give you bathing shoes as a present, but in fact, we didn't get them untill I came and ask for them.
