Great Crossfit area, spacious weights training section. Staff always seem happy and keen to help. The steam room was the determining factor for me choosing this gym.

Probably the best gym I've been to. Trainers always around and willing to help during business hours, very clean gym, lots of equipment variety, simple convienient locker system, and just really good vibes. Amazing value for money

Massive gym and best value in Wollongong. Men's locker area is a real problem though, many locker doors have been torn off the hinges giving you the feeling of poor security.

Although a long time member, I would not recommend the club. They are not fixing water ingress problem for years now. They replaced a solid wooden floor with smelly plastic one. Unfortunately they are the only club offering a wide range of group exercises.
