Waited over 4 hours for a doctor so I could get pain relief for an acute condition - I explained we needed to get to a chemist before 10pm. My partner rang and I rang and eventually at 9.50pm too late a doctor arrived. Dreadful service. I had to take a pain reliever totally unsuited to my condition.

Love these guys, I've used there after hour service a few times now. I have very young kids at home and sometimes I simple can't leave home. It's a very convenient service.

A good free & local community service to give a medical opinion about sick kids in the night time or other conditions when your family doctor is unavailable.

We just used this service for the first time and never again! We couldn't get into a medical centre so decided to try the radio doctor service. After waiting 5 hours a doctor arrived. He never introduced himself, asked a question or spoke a word. After poking around he packed up his case and spoke his first words which were "where's your medicare card?"
I was absolutely disgusted!!!!
