I found the clinic very friendly and eager to please - obviously a new business with a need of a client base. Note: new equipment.
I went as a "new patient" with promised services of examination, x ray and scale for a fee of $125.00. This never happened. Instead, there was the examination, scale and flouride treatment but the fee was not $125 but $213 . No Xray. Judge for yourself but I suspect that the dentist knowing that the service was fully covered by my health fund has a bearing on his approach
The dentist , Ritesh J Barua, found reason for two crowns, one of which is probably necessary, the other preventative. I checked the quoted fee with others, including my health fund, and found that they were substantially lower at Dentist 4 U.
Will I return? Yes. But I will clearly instruct what is to be done beforehand. Hint: Don't wait until your mouth is full of implements.
