Expensive food, bring some snacks & a drink in a bag and just get a popcorn. Amazing movies & customer service though, plus they keep it nice & clean and comfy. They offer stackable cushion-like things for children/shorter people. We had loads of fun

Classical level of managemental ineptitude and incompetence. Staff with very little product knowledge, prices blown way out of industry norm.

Very tired decor and theatre seating. Desperately needs a facelift and improved seating in the cinemas. At least they have finally allowed eftpos.
