The staff here are very nice, extremely helpful and really do care about your pet. The gentleman I had help me when I first stopped by all but bent over backwards to not only help checkup on my pet, but also to provide future care tips.
Truely a great experience!

After hours of found a dog on side of the road and tony went above and beyond what was required. Even took dog back to the owners. Highly recommended

Went to the vet to have a bird's leg inspected and a ring removed.
The vet seemed to lack any expertise in birds and the vet did not have the appropriate tool to remove the ring. This led to the vet trying to cut the ring with nail cutters and then wire cutters which distressed the bird even more so.
For any dealings with birds I would recommend looking elsewhere.
On a positive note the reception staff member was nice and cheerful.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and from the time I phoned up to make an appointment to when I saw the Vet I have felt important and that the welfare of my babies were important.
The girls in reception were friendly and helpful and I can't thank the Vets for their care and concern and advice when examining and treating my babies.
I would recommend Townsville Vet Clinic (TVC) as they really do seem to care.
