We were visiting another suburb few kilometres away at the time. The staff went to extra miles to help and assist my daughter and I while we needed Epipen replacement and local knowledge how to access public health services late on Saturday afternoon. They even stayed open for us for another 1/2h after I called them before closing time. Thank you, your assistance saved my daughters life.
