Unprofessional and slow service! I do not recommend this place. I had to pay for 2 doctors because the first doctor was not able to do a smettest so they sended me to an other which I had to wait for almost an hour. Then when I called for my results they promissed to call me asap, which they didn't. I had to call them myself for 4 times and i'm still waiting for it after 2 days. Overpriced and not thorough at all!! Don't go therz.

I have been seeing Dr Ruzchella for almost 2 years.She is friendly & very professional with extensive knowledge. She is great at explaining things and I've never felt rushed. I would say she is one of the best doctors in Australia & I've seen many doctors due to a chronic condition. She is very caring,humble and kind, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my nearest & dearest., There's not many Drs that have her calm & gentle nature.

I had to wait ten minutes for the receptionist to appear at her desk when I arrived.
The doctor was checking the texts on her mobile phone during the consultation.
I had to wait for another 10 minutes as it took this long for the doctor to enter her fee on the computer so the receptionist could tell me how much I had to pay.
Then for this great service (and I'm being sarcastic) they charged me over 70 dollars

I don't visit to see the receptionist
I go to see my doctor
And whilst it may take longer she treats me like a human being and takes her time when required
