Do not use this service especially with your flyers points. Terrible service do not use!!!! Inefficient and caused issues with flights. Save yourself a lot of drama and book with someone else.

Difficult to contact while you are travelling. Wanted to cancel some bookings made using Westpac points as our plans changed and now told points will not be refunded despite giving more than a week's notice. Not good enough. Also could not contact tour company in Istanbul directly to try to change booking. Number did not exist.

These people are hopeless. Obviously they find it less costly to keep apologising for not having time to speak to customers than to employ the right number of people to pick up phones.

I am about to tell ANZ to shove their free flights - I have been holding the phone for 35 minutes and it still hasn't been picked up by anyone at Pinpoint.
