My housemates went into the store on Sudnay because we're new to the area and wanted to have a look around, and the owner of the store was so lovely and didn't push us to buy anything, but the products there speak for themselves. Perfect for adding beautiful touches to your home. I love that they support up-and-coming artists and make the beautiful pots themselves. You've got a life-long customer in me :)

Unresponsive to phone calls (used their mobile no on site) emails (online form on their site) or comments on facebook post (Sun 2nd July) querying a product which rings alarm bells for me when purchasing online and especially when it's a considerable amount. Bought the Dylan mirror from Freedom for my hallway instead of the Flynn mirror for about $200 less and is pretty much identical.

In my work as a visual merchandiser I've had the opportunity to work with Design Twins on multiple occasions. I love their pots which come in such vibrant colours and a huge array of designs. I can always count on Design Twins to bring something special to a room, and I love the helpful friendliness of their team. The lead times can be a little long, but I find the end result is worth the wait.
