Been a member since the get go. Price goes up services stay the same. Also if you quit and want to join again they ask you to pay the up front fee again.

Almost 2 years, this gym has been my second home. Mostly I avoid peak hours so don't have much issues. Lockers upgraded and work super great. Top class dressing rooms and showers, I can go to important meetings and parties straight after a good sess. Awesome staff. Nice tiny cafe. Great wifi. Top class gym equipment, and more added in June. People are very considerate while in class, or near equipment area. We respect and look after one another, especially regulars going through all that sweat and pain...

People opting for PT sessions please think twice as the trainers wont be available at all and u have to go back and forth to get it done. Also while signing up they dont say that the PT sessions are non refundable. Also when you want to get off the membership before your freeze period they just want to push it back till the end of the period. Customer service is the worst, instead of solving the problems they create new one. They say they have around 180 classes per day but you can find a place in most of the classes. Better to opt for Fitness first if you are in the city as they have better price and better service.

I can't believe you charge people $7.5 a week to pause their membership. For what? Administration??? It used to be $5 a week and I accept it but $7.5 is completely outrageous. I'm pretty sure Fitness First doesn't have anything this ridiculous.
