Good customer service and good products. Not 5 stars because not all therapists are good and they made a mistake with my voucher not applying the 5% discount even if I mentioned that.

The girls at Urban Spa Breakfast Point are always wonderful every time I visit for my monthly treatment. I always look forward to visiting. :)
