Mum and I had a manicure and pedicure each, despite reading average reviews, we gave it a try anyway. There was inconsistency in the service, staff took shortcuts in the treatments and was different to what the website said. Wasted of time and money here.

I went in for a brow wax and not only were my brows grossly uneven but the therapist just walked out of the room saying they looked great and didn't even ask me if i was happy with them! Not happy at all with this kind of service. I had to come home and fix them myself. Never going back to this place.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed & was asked to wait which was fine as I'd only waited for approx 10mins. I was then asked to go into the room & someone would be with me shortly. I waited an extra 10mins which was frustrating. When the lady walked in, I told her 'I didn't think anyone was coming' & she said they were busy at this time. I told her they should tell you that at the start when you first arrive, she didn't care about my feedback. Had I known I'd be waiting 20mins in total I would have gone elsewhere. I won't go back there again.

Extremely poor customer service.
Had to wait an extra 15 minutes, despite my appointment being made a week in advance.
Still had hair on my legs which i had to remove myself when i got home.
I had large chunks of wax left on my leg which i also had to scrub off when i got home.
Worst experience of my life. Would have excused the half hearted wax job, had the customer service been descent. unfortunately i have nothing nice to say.
Do not waste your money on this place!
