I was scared to book after seeing all these reviews but I loved it! The lady at the front desk was lovely and my therapist Alex was just divine. I had a facial and found it very relaxing.

I always used to go to Endota for facials and treatments. These days it just seems like the level of service has gone really low. My appointment was at 3.45, they told me to come in at 3.30 which I did. The facial only started at 4. It was not relaxing, it took 40mins all together even though it is supposed to be 50mins long. It felt like they were using 2 of the same products throughout the treatment, doing the same motions for 40 mins. The massage was not relaxing or thorough at all. It felt like they wanted to be done with it asap - complete waste of my time and money ($145!). Not coming back and would not recommend to anyone!

I bought 1 hour classic massages for a friend and myself. We both asked for firm massages and were very disappointed with out treatments and the response from the manager to try to fix our complaints.
I've had positive experiences at other Endota spa's (The Rocks) and recommend them over Paddington. Recommend avoiding Paddington and booking elsewhere till a change of management has occurred.

It's just not worth the money, $75 for a 15 minute back wax! I questioned the price and was told they book mens back wax for 45 minutes. Never again

Truly, the worst experience I've ever had. It was excessively expensive for such a terrible experience. Treatment was cut short, I was short changed, the massage therapist was not even registered and when trying to call I was hung up on. Would never recommend this place, the farthest thing from relaxing.
