Had a voucher that was purchased for my birthday was an indulgent experience. Never felt like I was being treated different because of using a voucher.
Massage was nice but facial and body scrub was superb. My beauty therapist was very attentive, even noticing I had eyelash extensions and avoiding to use oil based products near them.
The spa and facilities itself are beautiful and clean. Would recommend.

Dreadful experience, this was a present for my birthday, and I love Spa's have traveled around the globe so was expecting an amazing experience as friends suggested this place. The first insult was that they bought out warm bubbles in plastic glasses, we took the glasses back, and were expecting fresh chilled bubbles, it took 20'mins and by then i had guessed they had just put the glasses in the freezer, The bubbles were still warm second time. The massage was late and then told to have a deep tissue we had to pay extra, I was baffled by this, as did they need to put on special hands for deep tissue!! The room was cold, the towels were threadbare, with only one placed across my entire body,.
The changing rooms were dirty with all surfaces covered in used towels, and the towel bin over flowing, even when a person from reception came in she ignored the state of the place. I will never advocate for any of my business friends to use this Spa, the queen bee on reception had a face that didn't know how to smile. If your over booking for $$$ its just not right for all who wish to have a relaxation spa afternoon.

Had a lovely experience at the day spa by Chuan. Booked a 1h couple massage therapy and both masseuses were very kind and attentive to our expectations. We were offered sparkling wine and macaroons after the treatment which was a nice plus. We enjoyed the steam room and the showers and felt that the overall experience was good value. We will definitely come back.

I was surprised with a treatment here for my birthday and it was honestly perfect in every way - from the reception, to the room and massage, to the post-session facilities. If you need some relaxation come here - worth the price :)

I had a good experience 2 years ago with the Langham, but since changing hands I have only experienced average to poor service. I have subsequently had 2 poor customer service experiences at the Spa, and this time around they did not send out the Mother's Day voucher (still haven't 17 days later) and charged my credit card twice! I have since found another hotel and spa.
