Only one benefit it is cheap.
So many negatives, got burnt twice with the laser session. Had an internet booking service previously which she would never look at, you would book online and most of the time she would not know that it had been booked at that time. Poorly organized with time. Do not generally get served on time. Change appointment times without even consulting the patient and asking for their schedules. Once being told while I was travelling in a train to the center, that can not be served today (although appointment already booked and confirmed). Once I went there and she had left keys in the office and did not have a spare key, so needed to return home. Very poor people skills, tends to blame others for the problems rather than taking responsibility. Went for 3 months holiday recently and when I rung first week on her return back, she told me she is not working in the clinic (although she attended the clinic phone), and told me that she is going to a conference next week and will ring me when she has time available. Did not receive any contact. Today I rung for appointment and she told me she has changed the clinic to Edgecliff. She does not give any importance to the time and money of clients, but only on her own feasibility, changing and cancelling appointments at the last minute.
Will not recommend to anyone.

Dr Liliya works quickly and professionally. She offers a wide range of treatments which are backed by high-quality treatment brands.

Had some work done at Advanced Laser Centre its conveniently located in the CBD, very reasonably priced, very professional The owner and doc. Liliya is trained medical professional, she answered all the questions I had regarding the procedures and put me completely at ease. The service was cheerful and prompt and I felt completely at ease. I recommend it to everyone.

Very effective laser hair removal - better than many other places I've tried. Appointments are always started on time and are very quick. The treatment facility is clean and comfortable - highly recommend!
