WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. No offence it's the kind of service to be expected from employee who get paid $10/hr. That of course could be a different story if you speak their language. Don't ask and expect them to explain things to you. All labels in the shop is written in Chinese and the employees speaks limited English. Half of the products in the shop is way over priced.
Save your wallet: Avoid buying high-end brand (Hera, Laneige, etc) at all cost. The way they marked up the high end brands baffles me.
