Service was impeccable. The food itself was interesting, flavourful and exciting. Extensive wine list and knowledgable staff. Would definitely recommend to visit before they move!

Must have at least once in your life! I would say in all Japanese fusion cuisine. Sepia must be top 5 in the world.

I'm so glad I was fortunate enough to experience Sepia before it headed to Melbourne. The food was beautifully presented and the matching champagne was divine, and may I say Tashie was fantastic as was Sandra. Fabulous!

Food at Sepia was so average - Can't compare to Sails on Lavender Bay. The wines are way below my expectation with the 9 course degustation menu. One of the desserts tasted so bad that I couldn't eat it. They even insulted me by thinking that my parented and I have done a runner and forgot to paid for the bill where I paid in cash. Never going back again. Price came to about $800, and it's so not worth it!! Truly one of the most horrible experiences with a fine dining restaurant.

The food here is unforgettable and the service great. One negative is that there was a really long wait between two of our courses but it doesn't warrant me giving them any less than 5 stars. Outstanding and definitely deserving of their three hats.
