Food is ok but we were charged a higher price than advertised. We were refunded after a little bit of argument.

Avoid at any cost!! Saw a small coachroach climbing the walls and dropping off the ceiling. I pointed out to the waitress, she said "we just had fumigation, the roaches never die" and laughed it off.
On top of that, they screwed a simple order twice in one go. Takes a special kind of talent.

Poor Customer service. Menu said 15$ for biryani but they charge 20$ saying they take 5$ extra for Raita (Minit Sauce) which they should have explained. Normally Biryani comes with Raita which we haven't notice and they haven't explained anything but charged 20$. Apart from all this, After i have ordered my single take away biryan,i need to wait for 35 min just because they got a buffet order (If they have buffet order why they bother taking mine and making me wait for hours? Royal is so greedy for money?). Every time you ask they say "your order is ready in 5 mins" that pushes 45 mins. Finally need to ask for refund which is waste of time all together. Mate you are not ROYAL you are BEKAR.
