Nice flavour bases - dry meat - uncooked pumpkin. Specific request of excluded ingredient forgotten.

Pumpkin Chicken Curry overdone dry chicken and underdone pumpkin - disapointing against a good flavour backdrop. Simple problems to avoid, especially on a quiet night.
Pad Pak nice sauce flavour. Greens could have been a bit more attractive. Brocoli and plain green beans overused and uninteresting.
Tom Yum Goong very well done.
I may give it one more try in a while to see if any improvement as interesting thai has become scarce in the larger area in recent years.
