Worst dining experience ever! The food was beautiful but the service was appalling! The 5 of us arrived for dinner and was given a 4 place table with the 5th place squished onto the end of the table. After asking if we could move to a bigger table we were rudely advised it was booked out. The people who had booked it didn't arrive until after an hour into our meal/dining experience and also happened to be a group of five. We were rushed to put our orders in and seemed as if we were inconveniencing the waitress because we hadn't made a decision on a main after 10 minutes of sitting down at the table. Every other table was given table water and was offered cracked pepper on their meals except us, and when we asked for table water it seemed as though we were again inconveniencing the wait staff with our request. After the dinner had finished the waitress mentioned that the children should be very tired by now, then coincidentally giving two sweets to our children, which turned out to be coffee chocolate.....a very unusual treat to give to children at 8:30pm. We were then made to wait about 15 minutes for our bill, after which we were told someone else was in front of us and that they were paying first. After waiting to pay the bill (standing up, squished between the cash register, the kitchen and other tables in order to pay the bill), the waiter then took our bill and saw two cards on the plate (as we were splitting the bill) and said "are you splitting?", as he glared at us, then proceeded to groan and roll his eyes and shake his head at our payment choice, by this point we were actually laughing at how incredibly rude the staff here were, had never had to wait so long to leave a restaurant. Overall a really terrible experience had, purely because of the service (again the food was great!) but we will never dine here again. Heads up....if you want a peaceful and beautiful dinning experience, do not go here, make the effort to book a few hours in advance and go to Norton st for Morettis, Grappa or Fernandos. PS Filema is great for Greek food!

The best restaurant by miles, short staffed by half tonight, still treated impeccably! Good food, good service! I love it there.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The place smells mouldy. Food is not anything to be excited about and quite expensive (particularly for what you get). Would not recommend it!

Extremely disappointed, worst spag marinara I ever had. Frozen tiny prawns & a few random pieces of calimari. Major embarrassment in front of my guest. Never again. For the price I paid I expected nothing less than fresh prawns & a better variety rather then prawn & calimari only. If I wasn't trying to impress my guest so much I would have thrown it at the so called chef. Pissed off to the max
