So disappointing! We have been regulars here for awhile and have found the food has definately changed... tonight we waited 2 hours for a delivery! We called after an hour and a half of waiting just to see if it was close by and were told another 5-10 minutes, another 30 minutes passed and nothing. Called and asked where it was mainly because it was getting late and our friends we had over were starving and my kids had fallen asleep! If I knew it was going to take this long (maybe update the estimated wait time) I would have ordered elsewhere. When I called It was literally sorry we are busy won't be long twice I called... the lady who answered could tell I was clearly upset and could not care less. This happened the exact same scenario a few months back and my husband was hesitant to order again from here as it was over a 2 hour wait last time but we gave the benefit of the doubt and gave it another go. Definately won't be coming back again especially since we have just opened the box and the pizza is burnt and not even warm! I have never written a review before this and I am not one to normally mention if I am upset but this is ridiculous. Atleast acknowledge the complaint. I hope you do for next time.

Very hit and miss.
Can he great, can be Shite. Also, unfortunately, have come across some rude staff at times.

Meat ball entree is delicious. I would try a meatball pasta dish next time.
Lamb selection pizza was great as well. Wood fired and handmade. So much better than the big chains.
Waitresses were great and attentive.

The pizza was really good but the service was... Not great. Stick to takeaway or delivery - they prioritise them over dine in orders apparently.
Our pizzas took 45 minutes to arrive and they got one of them wrong. No discount was given and no apology was forthcoming until we demanded to speak to a manager.
But... The pizza was good. I probably won't dine in here again though.
