I wish I could give Zero stars. The first time was when I was there around 8:45 pm and the staff with bushy untidy hair was moping the floor. As I was about to enter he showed me his hand and said come inside after two minutes. He was so rude. He stopped a customer from entering the shop ???
And The second time I went in to buy coffee around 3 pm. The same guy with messy hair was there serving customers. I poured coffee on the cup and looked around for lid but couldn't find any of it so I asked him "sorry could you please help me with the lid as I can't seem to find it anywhere" and his answer was "I have to bring lid from the back so use the big lid" and I said sorry but it's nearly impossible to drink with the big lid on so can you please bring me one and I was shocked by what he answered. He said " FOR ONE DOLLAR COFFEE YOU HAVE SO MANY DEMANDS ". I wanted to shove that coffee in his throat but I calmly paid and left. I never went back again nor do I encourage anyone to go there as they don't value their customer. I have been to many other 7 eleven stores the staffs are so friendly but in this store that particular staff is totally unprofessional and unmannered otherwise all other staffs are friendly and nice.

I had a very friendly guy at the counter when I walked in to pick something up today. When he saw a coupon in my hand, he even tried to save me the time and trouble of scanning it.
Conveniently located outside Strathfield Station, this place has been a great help when I've needed a cold drink on many a hot day. And thankfully, I have always encountered friendly staff who smiled at me when I paid for any items.
I had a very friendly guy at the counter when I walked in to pick something up today. When he saw a coupon in my hand, he even tried to save me the time and trouble of scanning it.

I just went here with my boyfriend between 9~9.05pm and cannot believe how rude the staff is. A male with greasy unkempt hair had left the counter unattended and came to the counter after we chose our drinks. He took our payment, shoved the money in the till and slammed it shut. No smile, no goodbye and definitely no manners. He walked out of the counter, slamming the door shut behind him and stormed off to the back, muttering under his breath and glancing over his shoulder to glare at us. We were stunned and quite confused as all we had been polite and just paid him the $5 he asked for. Will not be going back here again and discourage anyone else thinking of going here. Rude, unprofessional and definitely no good. Even one star is being too generous.
