Really bad first experience. Made an appointment for my father to see a Physio in relation to Motor Accident on a referral from our GP. The appointment was made without asking us if we had a claim number or any particulars of the situation (even though I provided a brief rundown of the situation). We got to the appointment today only to be told to come back when a claim had been approved and a claim number had been issued. All just to do an "physio assesment". Something that could have been relayed to me over the phone when making the appointment. They also told me that had a lot of experience in this situation so they knew what they were doing. Yet they didn't ask the necessary questions when taking the appt. We have wasted our morning when this could have been completely avoidable.
