Have lived within the complex for 6 years. It is well equipped with a gym, pool and security parking but what it has in some areas it lacks in others.
The complex construction did not take sound proofing into account as you're able to hear your neighbours cough through a shared wall. On top of this, some of the strata rules are extreme and unreasonable.
