What a beautiful place, a great place to relax and breath in a natural setting, and just a great way to unwind from city life take a nice easy stroll. It fantastic to see an ecosystem up close and personal

I can't think of any other place in Sydney that has mangroves. It's a convenient location and is a nice walk if you're into the whole nature thing. Plenty of information and plaques if you're into understanding how the mangroves work and information about the local wildlife is plenty.

Very overrated. Unfortunately took my family there again for a walk, this time on a Sunday. Lots of people everywhere, some very noisy and others hitting pedestrians with bikes. Not a nice place at all. There are much better, and quieter, natural walks around Sydney Harbour (eg. Balls Head) and the Blue Mountains, than this. Won't go back.
