Here to see Jon Cleary. Sound Was rubbish. Couldn’t hear his piano or vocals. Bit of a problem when you pay to see a singing pianist.

Venue is great so the shows. However, food is pretty average -they need a better menu

I was not impressed at all, i'm a regular client at the basement, i ordered food and i was waiting for almost 40 minutes and then i asked the person who i ordered the food from! he was making fun and laughing about it and he asked me if i still want the food, what kind of joke is that? i will never go there again after 30 years of supporting the bassment,

Great night, brilliant soul and blues band, played all our old Aretha, Otis, Tamla and Atlantic classics.....Perfectly cooked salmon and good attentive staff. Love this place, so many good memories and although a contentious issue (reading other posts) great value for money.
