Luke and the team are really motivating and supportive of all levels of fitness. I Would recommend Kaizen Bootcamp and the PT sessions to anyone of any fitness type.

Luke is an amazing trainer! I have been attending his Bootcamp for over a year now and I honestly love every session. No matter how tired or unmotivated I am when I arrive, I always leave the session feeling more awake and ready to get in to the day ahead. Luke provides great community and motivation to the team. I would recommend anyone who lives in the suburbs near by to come check it out! Also a perfect location to start your morning off with a great view.

I signed up with Kaizen Fitness when I heard they offered outdoor training. As a reluctant exerciser I found each session with Luke to be better than the next. His infectious energy and enthusiasm kept me going when I wanted to give up. Each session is different and caters to all levels of fitness. Luke also took the time to ensure that my posture was good while doing each exercise to ensure I got the maximum benefit from each rep. In the three months training with Luke I came away stronger, healthier and happier! Thank you Luke! I will definitely be back for more!

I have been training with Luke for the past 5 months. I have found that Luke’s easy going friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere which makes each training session both challenging and most importantly, fun! Luke is focused on helping me achieve my goals and motivates and encourages me to push past my limits to achieve the desired result. My fitness level and physique has increased noticeably and I have seen improvements in my ability to complete a range of exercises. Luke is always prepared and develops a training plan prior to each session (so that no gym time is wasted) and he provides great advice on nutrition and other ways to complement your training regime. In my view, you will not find more a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer in Sydney that is completely focused on helping you achieve your fitness goals. I highly recommend Luke and Kaizen fitness!

Superb PT! Luke is energetic, motivated and knows how to get the best out of you. My strength has over doubled in the 3 months I've been training with him. Initially I purchased a package of 10 sessions and was so impressed I've since purchased two more. Having trained my entire life I didn't think a PT could help me much. But Luke's shown me exercises I've never seen before and is focusing on my areas of weakness to balance my body and make me overall healthier and fitter than ever! Highly recommend!
