Best place I've trained. The workouts are challenging and are different everyday, and the trainers are super encouraging and motivating

I've found F45 to be great for gym goers of any level or those just looking for a way to keep fit. It's been fantastic to break up a monotonous gym routine with these sessions. Fun and worthwhile. All the trainers at F45 Marrickville have been consistently excellent - focused on form and technique and pushing you to work harder without being overbearing. Would really recommend this F45.

I just started a two week trial at F45 in Marrickville. Kate the owner/trainer is incredibly friendly and helpful. Flexible sign up options and no lock in contract. Small morning groups. I highly recommend it. Make sure you have a chat to Kate who's generous with her time and will give you the attention and advice you need.
