The name of this company is misleading. They are not selling insurance to nomads but holiday-makers and business travellers and the company does not even have a faintest clue what global nomads are nor what are their needs.

I purchased World Nomad Insurance in April. I provided them receipts and bills I paid for, and THREE MONTHS LATER, they still haven't paid up. They are a fraud company. I have called them and emailed them the information over ten times.

If you come home early from your trip they will not give you any refunds even if it is 6 months early.
