Longest most tedious insurance claim of any sort I have ever experienced in my life. Can take weeks on end to respond... and we are heading into the 5th month and this claim has still not been finalised. Get ready for a long drawn out experience... or just pray you don't have any illness or misadventure while traveling and have to claim from a service you paid for.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY
THEY WILL TRY EVERY DIRTY TRICK TO AVOID PAYING A CLAIM
THEIR RESPONSE TIME IS APPALLING

This is a not a legit insurance company. They took your money when you bought the insurance but when you really needed to claim it back, they kept giving excuses to not cover it

Not even worth one start....SureSave are out and out crooks!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling a travel insurance policy that you knew would not cover my retired parents-in-law in an emergency despite the fact you confirmed before purchasing that it would. Not only have they just had to bury a parent, they are now over $4k out of pocket. To anyone reading this please please please don't use this awful immoral company.

$4500 policy premium paid. Our bike rack failed on the Alaska Hwy 380 miles from Anchorage, bikes and rack trashed. Because we could not transport 6 hours to Anchorage for a repair quote, claim denied. Photos provided, Alaska police advised they don't drive 6 hours to make a bike damage report.
No help at all from SureSave in helping reclaim any cost.
Very poor company if you even need to claim.
