If you value your time, do not bank with NAB.
I have been trying to remove the guarantor from my mortgage since September 2013.
It is still not done. I have heard every excuse under the sun. This bank is just completely useless and dysfunctional. They can't even keep track of their own employees which makes me think how they possibly keep track of their customers.
