I haven't actually seen a GP here but this is purely from a compassionate human tip.
Tonight while driving a saw an elderly man collapsed on the footpath trying to wave down someone to help him. After stopping and getting him to his feet so he could sit on his walker he told me he was trying to get to the medical centre.
I drove him over and helped him in as I wanted to speak to a staff member to ensure he was given assistance to get home safely.
When we entered the waiting room was packed and the nice lady behind the counter said she would have to speak to the DR to see if they could squeeze him in. I explained the situation and told her that he needed help. She didn't hesitate and said she would take care of him.
I asked her if she could assist him in getting home and gave her money to call him a cab but she refused the money and insisted that she would drive him home.
I wish I got her name so I could praise her for being a good human :)

They are just making business, customer service is very bad. Not recomeded. The doctor's attitude also not good. Not recommended.

I have been seeing this doctor for the last 13 years truly great doctor but the waiting time become beyond disgusting, the front desk secretary has bad attitude, make an appointment at 04.00 PM and we did not see the doctor till 06.30 PM. There's no way I will come back to this doctor again, sorry not sorry

Every time I call for an apointment at 9am this lady operator says the doctor is fully booked for today but actually she keep lot of emtpy space every single day so that her million of friends can see the doctor without making any appintment. She has bad attitute and no customer service at all.
