A good looking efficient practice. It was only my first visit and kind of as expected a late morning appointment morphed into midday. But for once, in fact perhaps for the first time ever in my 60 years, the doctor apologised for keeping me waiting. I was impressed with that, almost taken aback. This was on top of the all-round professionalism and politeness of all who I saw working there. A good find in a world of often poor customer service.

To pay $80 for a consultation that took less than 3 mins and not even showing interest on the health issue says a lot.

This practice is exceptional
The reception staff are very helpful and practical. Just what you need.
The doctors are all good and caring but I cannot praise Daniel Ong highly enough for his empathy and his medical expertise.
He has a quiet reassuring manner which helped me through a series of painful procedures .
I would recommend him without reservation .
Dr Amy Ho is similar with the same quiet but efficient manner. She is through, and sees beyond the
obvious. She is easy to talk to and listens. I would recommend her without doubt.
I wanted to mention Dr Rachel Loong.
She is another caring and practical doctor at this practice. She goes the extra yard to do things well
The other medical and paramedical staff are extremely good, it just that the majority of my contact has been with Daniel and Amy.

Amazing service. Possibly the best medical centre I've ever gone too. Dr Daniel Ong has gone above and beyond for my medical conditions. Very caring doctor and very attentive. All staff at Annandale medical centre are wonderful.

The reception staff didn't do the Medicare bulk billing as advertised (the reason that I chose this clinic in the first place), so I had to spend another hour to sort out my rebate from Medicare after I saw the doctor.
Also missed a morning appointment because I never received a confirmation call the previous day (I was told that they will call me to confirm the appointment. The only called me afterwards to ask why I've missed it )
The clinic is modern and clean. The doctor himself was pretty professional and friendly. Absolutely fantastic. But the clinic can definitely improve when it comes to admin tasks.
