I advise all visitors to this area to be wary of poor sanitation outside this building. Nancy the dog frequently dumps here and it goes seemingly unnoticed by her oblivious owner.
I hope that ute in Streetview is from the Council and is taking her away. I love animals, and not just dogs but especially bloggers but the number of times I've been impeded trying to walk past there is frankly ridiculous. And I'm not being funny, some of those indiscretions on the footpath are worthy of HAZMAT.
