Dr Tran and his staff are always helpful and friendly, but what really stands out in this practice is the professionalism with which the work is done.
Now there will be some for whom the dedication and commitment to excellence shown by Dr. Tran will not be recognised as the pursuit of perfectionism which it really is.
Seeing Dr Tran every six months, I have a real sense of confidence in the reliability of his judgments and the integrity of his work. No one really enjoys going to the dentist, but it really makes a difference when one can approach the exercise with this kind of experience and expectation.

Dr. Tran is a highly skilled and caring dentist. I have a serious auto-immune disorder that affects my teeth. After many years of treating each problem as it arose, Dr. Tran did the most superb cosmetic job on all my teeth. I could not be happier or more satisfied. So many people have commented on my new appearance and are very interested in having similar work done by Dr. Tran. Since first attending this surgery, I have taken my husband, daughter and sister to Dr. Tran. We would not go to any other dentist. And we make the hour-long car trip to Marrickville just to benefit from his professional and patient care. We are so fortunate to have found him after our family dentist retired many years ago.

Worst service and professional ethic that we've ever experienced. More than a week ago, my wife took my son (6 years old) to Dr. Tran's dental service for his milk teeth extraction. My wife showed Dr. Tran the medicare information about my son's dental benefit with a remaining balance of $1000 and just asked to do a service of milk teeth extraction only. After the service, we got a bill of $214.4, which also included examinations, x-rays and teeth extraction. Besides, the milk teeth extraction itself costed $131.3 and during the extraction Dr. Tran did injected analgesic to gingiva (gums) of my son's mouth and required two people to fix my son. And all of these actions were just for the milk teeth extraction?!?. Please note that my son has no decay tooth. In my point of view, Dr. Tran tried to maximize his earning through inappropriate treatments, especially when the patient comes with government benefit.
