My wife recently had an appointment which she said went rather well. The dentist had looked at her wisdom teeth as there had been minor pain in one of them but said that it was well taken care of. Shortly later the pain went away. Then after a few weeks my wife had major pain on that same wisdom tooth. It was a Saturday morning and their office hours on their door and on their website both stated they should be open, but they were not. When I called their voicemail said they were on holiday until Jan 12th however I called on Jan 17th. Finally, the emergency contact number stated in their voicemail and displayed on their door also went to voicemail. The doctor was away from his phone and was unreachable. We ended up going to another dentist who extracted the tooth.
I find that Kensington Dental is not detailed oriented. They missed a tooth going bad, they didn't change their voicemail after returning from holiday, they were not open when advertised, and their emergency contact was unavailable. For that my wife and I won't be returning customers.
