Just took over a month to refund via PayPal for an "out of stock" phone that they let me pay for and refused to refund the membership price.

These people are vile trash, who will not return your money if they send you the wrong book, and use pathetic tricks in an attempt to discharge their legal obligations. Their phones are disconnected once I threaten to sue them.
