I love this place. Staff who genuinely care about whether you're having a good time, an ever changing list of wines by the glass and bottle, and good cheese/small sharing plates too. I could sit in here for hours, such a charming little joint.
I always find the light a little bright in here, the decor is a bit 90s, and the music a touch quiet but I'd still come back day after day for the service and product offering.

Cosy wine bar with good selection of wine and beer. Live entertainment some nights. We enjoyed the meat board combo with prosciutto and wagyu. Service was great.

Absolutely amazing service. Food and drink are great! Really wish I had popped in much earlier living here in Glebe. It's much bigger on the inside than it looks.

Timbah is a wine bar that serves tapas and is easily one of my favorite places for a drink. The atmosphere is great, keeping to its name there is a lot of timber inside. The lighting is dim enough that you look great no matter how intoxicated you get but you can still see the people around you quite clearly. All the tapas I've had have been great, and I've gone back for more. They serve a cow milk blue cheese which has to be my favorite blue cheese so far. The service is okay, not as attentive as they probably could be but they're not rude either.
