Great coffee!! I really liked the alfresco feel to it. It's walled off enough to shield from the rest of the street. I'll have to come back to try out the food.
It's located on The Boulevarde side of the shopping centre opposite The Mandoo (another of my favourite restaurants for the kimchi dumplings).
My only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast menu to include healthier items like muesli and fresh juices but that depends on the demand I guess.
Some local customers can be a bit pushy at the register but that's alright.

Great bacon n egg roll and hot chocolates. They forgot my food order but I'll forgive them as I have been many times over the years, heck under prior management you could watch the 2002 WC there!

Nice little relaxation station for the shopper. If you find a place to sit down on a Saturday, consider yourself lucky. I would rate it as a very hip place as most shops around it sell bubble tea.
