So cool! The idea to get there for a romantic anniversary dinner was perfect. Delicious food and very warm athmosphere. The service is best of the best, they even gave us a complimentary platter with chococolite. Absolutely recommend this place for a special occasion.

The view was great but the food was below average. Definitely overpriced - snapper was too dry. Oyster, really so so. The dessert was good.

The view is great! Service is nice, but food is overpriced. Our drinks were extremely expensive and had almost no alcohol, and we had Long Island Tea!!! Out steaks were cold and they took it back. We though we would get new steaks, but they brought back the same ones and still cold. We didn't want to complain so we figured we would take them home and warm them up! But they didn't allow us to take away any food. So, don't come too hungry or have dinner beforehand and just come up for "drinks" and the view.
The view is great! Service is nice, but food is overpriced. Our drinks were extremely expensive and had almost no alcohol, and we had Long Island Tea!!! Out steaks were cold and they took it back. I will start with the positive...view was excellent and staff were attentive (if only to speed you through your meal to get more bums on seats for the next service). It felt a little like a fast food restaurant. The ambience was terrible...music horrid for what should have felt like a serene setting. The waitress took our bottle of wine away to save staining the tablecloth which was a first for us! Lots of children, which is fine, but not when the are dancing around the table next to you. Paid a lot of money for a nice steak, great view, but fekt like we were fleeced our $300. Better value at restaurants at the cove circular quays.

Fantastic food, house wine and service. Having heard less than positive reviews, I was feeling uncertain, but wanted to take a moment to share that we had a great experience. Scallops for entrée, salmon for main. Flavours, textures, presentation - all good quality. Really enjoyed the house white, no pressure to order more than the one glass.
We were a friendly and appreciative group, perhaps that approach was a helpful starting point.
